Why QA_UA exists

Signal, not noise — from the country living the story.

The war in Ukraine is the most-covered and most-misunderstood conflict of our decade. Feeds are loud; useful answers are rare. QA_UA is a disciplined, on-the-record channel where readers, operators, investors, journalists, and policymakers can ask one precise question — and get an answer worth acting on.

Every week we surface the three sharpest, most-supported questions from the community and route them to intelilect experts working on security architecture, risk, and continuity for Ukraine and beyond. No paywall. No filler. No sponsor.

How it works

A weekly cycle of ask, vote, brief.

  1. 01

Ask — one question per week

Every signed-in user may submit one sharp question about Ukraine — security, defence, resilience, business continuity, humanitarian, or global spillovers. 369 characters. English or Ukrainian.

  2. 02

    Vote — the community decides

Upvotes, downvotes, hearts, and threaded comments surface the three questions the community most wants answered. Submissions close every Thursday, 23:59 UTC; voting and comments stay open until Sunday, 23:59 UTC.

  3. 03

Brief — free 45-minute expert webinar

Every Wednesday, 15:00 UTC, intelilect experts answer the three selected questions live — on record, cited, actionable. Recording published to every participant.

Who it is for

Serious readers. Serious operators.

Decision-makers

Boards, GRC, defence tech, insurers, family offices with exposure to Ukraine or the region.

Journalists & researchers

Direct, on-the-record answers from operators on the ground — cited and quotable.

Diaspora & allies

A trustworthy weekly signal — no rumour cycle, no doom feed.

Policy & NGO

Cut through open-source noise to the questions that actually shape outcomes.

Principles

Rules that keep the signal clean.

  • One question, one voice. One submission per person per week — reputation, not volume, wins the floor.
  • On the record. Every answer is attributable, cited, and published.
  • Free at the point of use. No paywall on questions, votes, or the weekly webinar.
  • No advice. QA_UA is informational. Critical decisions call for a mandate — that is intelilect's paid work.
  • Moderated, not censored. Off-topic, doxxing, and disinformation are removed; hard questions are not.
