Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how intelilect LLC ("intelilect", "we", "us") collects, uses and safeguards personal data when you use intelilect.com and connected services (the "Service"). It is written to meet the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR, the Swiss FADP and equivalent standards worldwide.

1. Who we are (data controller)

The data controller of your personal data is intelilect LLC. For any privacy request or question, contact privacy@intelilect.com.

2. What we collect

3. How we use it and lawful bases

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with vetted processors under GDPR Art. 28 contracts:

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA (for example to Google in the United States), we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, together with technical safeguards such as TLS in transit and encryption at rest.

6. Retention

7. Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, plus the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise most of these directly from your privacy dashboard after signing in, or by emailing privacy@intelilect.com. We respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK the ICO, in the EU your national Data Protection Authority.

8. Security

We apply row-level security, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage, principle-of-least-privilege access controls and continuous security scanning. No system is perfectly secure — report any concern to security@intelilect.com.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will post material changes here and, where required, notify signed-in users by email.
