These Terms govern your use of intelilect.com and connected services (the "Service") provided by intelilect LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Account and content
You are responsible for the security of your account and for content you submit. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful, or that violates the privacy of others. You retain rights in your content and grant intelilect a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- No attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, or moderation controls.
- No automated scraping, spamming, or manipulation of voting or ranking.
- No use of the Service to disseminate misinformation, incitement, or targeted harassment.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its interface, branding, and code, is owned by intelilect LLC and its licensors.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Information on the Service is for general purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or security advice.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, intelilect LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time from your privacy dashboard.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of business of intelilect LLC, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of users resident in the UK, EEA, or Switzerland.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service.
